This electromagnetic flow meter is the perfect tool for every liquid flow test of conductivity over value 5. It remains functionally unimpaired amidst changing conductivity. This device delivers long-term precise measurements— unaffected by the fluid’s physical properties — with a potential accuracy of up to 0.5.
The flow meter, devoid of any mechanical or moving elements, usually requires no maintenance. It’s also user-friendly, operating automatically within a range of 0 ~ 10 m/s without the need for adjustment to the measuring range.
Constructed with corrosion and wear-resistant parts, our flow meter is versatile and suitable for broad applications. In cases of media containing oil or conductive material sedimentary layers on the electrode surface, a convertible (scrub) electrode can be chosen.
Enhanced with an advanced excitation algorithm and the world’s most superior integrated circuit, the flow meter minimizes the influence of the excitation switch – ultimately ensuring product stability. This is aided by a high-efficiency, stable, wide input range of multiple isolating switch power supply and an optional lithium battery supply (not included).
The meter features an easy-to-read LCD, displaying four lines in clear Chinese script with a backlight. The meter also protects set parameters and total values even when the power is off due to its inbuilt EEPROM.
A nonlinear correction function for five sensor sections and automatic operation for average flow rates ensure straightforward instrument calibration.
