The V-Mic D4 DUO is characterized by its unique dual-capsule design, which allows the microphone to capture audio from both the front and rear. It weighs only 40g, which makes it among the lightest compact camera microphones available.
An important feature of the D4 DUO is the 3.5mm AUX input. This input allows for the bypassing of audio from the rear capsule to the right channel of your camera, eliminating the need for carrying around additional mixers or stereo splitter cables.
This microphone also includes a Rycote® LYRE shockmount, low noise circuitry, dual cardioid pickup patterns, and AUX input for lavaliers microphones or wireless receivers.
