Instructions:
Press the power button for 3 seconds to switch it on with hot compress. Press it again for air pressure. To activate both, press the power button a third time. Once turned on, the Bluetooth signal icon will automatically blink, which can connect to your mobile phone music. Note that this massager can only connect to one device at a time. To turn off, press the power button for 3~4 seconds.
