- Cleansing with an ultrasonic cleaning machine plus wax water for heated cleaning.
- A second round of polishing with a polishing machine.
- Use a steam cleaning machine for final cleaning.
- Crown your product with the electrolysis and electroplating processes.
Lastly, a light-emitting agent brightening is performed with 1000ml distilled water at 50 -60 C temperature. The electrolysis time is around 5 seconds. Here again, Positive (+) clip is meant for jewelry and negative (-) clip for the titanium mesh.
