Following these directions ensures ease of operation:
- First, fix the heatsink to the welding equipment and position the device on the rack. According to your pipe’s specifications, install the relevant heating die. Tighten this with the spanner. Important: The smaller end typically goes in front.
- Turn on the power (ensure it’s connected to a ground protection line). The green indicator light will go on. Wait till the green light switches off and the red light comes on, signifying that the machine is ready for operation. Note: During auto temperature control, the red and green lights will alternately turn on, indicating that the machine is ready for use and is in a controlled state.
- For welding the pipe, use a pipe cutter for a straight cut. Insert the pipe into the fuse die without turning it. Follow the instructions on the table for the heating time. Immediately upon heating, remove the pipe and pipe from the die and insert it directly into the required depth without turning it. This ensures that all joints extend uniformly into a flange.
