Product Name: Self-Sealing Fuel Transfer

Description: This self-sealing fuel transfer is a versatile tool designed for a variety of settings, including factories, coach yards, gas stations, and even for household use. It features an auto-off function that activates once the oil container is filled, making it a safe and efficient tool for fuel transfer. It’s easy to clean, install, and maintain, and is compatible with a range of fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, petrol, and more.

This fuel transfer tool is a modern accessory for metering tankers, offering automatic shutdown of fuel transfer once the oil fills the container. It’s particularly useful for unmanned gas stations, as it prevents oil or foam overflow, helping to keep the station clean and reduce air pollution.

Specifications:
Color: Green

More details:
1. Features: The slim design and balanced weight of the fuel transfer make it easy and labor-saving to operate. The parts are made of stainless steel, high-strength aluminum alloy, and plastic, ensuring high strength, light weight, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent sealing properties. The fuel transfer is also equipped with a bright color plastic sheath for comfortable handling.

2. Installation: The fuel transfer inlet may be a NPT (American Standard) tapered thread or a BSPT (British standard) straight thread. Depending on the type, it should be sealed with a suitable sealant or a rubber O-ring. Care should be taken when connecting the connector to the inlet of the fuel transfer to avoid overtightening the threads, which could cause the fuel transfer body to crack.

3. Working Principle: The nozzle is equipped with a thin vacuum tube. When the pressure lever is in the “on” position, the liquid flowing from the fuel transfer sucks air through a small hole in the nozzle into the vacuum tube. The liquid will continue to flow as long as air passes through the vacuum tube. When the fuel tank liquid level rises to cover the height of the hole in the nozzle, the air stops flowing and the fuel transfer closing device automatically starts.

4. Operation: The fuel transfer switch has 3 fixed gears for refueling according to the flow size. During the refueling process, the fuel transfer will automatically close when the oil or foam submerges the air hole at the lower end of the barrel. If spray or foam causes the fuel transfer to close, the foam can disappear and fire again. The non-slip spring on the barrel can be used for self-refueling in the tank, eliminating the need for hand-holding.

5. Maintenance: The vent hole at the lower end of the barrel should be kept clear of foreign matter. After use, the fuel transfer should be hung up to avoid collision. It does not require lubrication and is durable.
