This device is an HDMI to RCA converter. It transforms HDMI signals into RCA (AV) composite video and L / R stereo audio signals. It also functions as an HDMI to S-video converter, transforming HDMI signals into S-video analog video and L / R audio.
Please note, this HDMI to S-video/ RCA converter only transfers HDMI signals into S-video/ RCA, not the other way around.
The converter supports a range of HDMI input resolutions: 480p (60Hz), 576p (50Hz), 720p (50Hz/60Hz), 1080i (50Hz/60Hz), 1080p (50Hz/60Hz). Furthermore, it provides a PAL/NTST switch selection.
The output for video can be either S-video or composite (RCA CVBS AV), at 576p/i or 480p/i. In terms of audio, it delivers L/R analog.
This device is compatible with a vast array of devices: Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, STB, VCR, Blu-ray, DVD, PS3, PS4, laptop, TV, projector, and more.
