Product Details:
This product is a high-precision auto leveling sensor for 3D Printers that is based on open-source technology.
The sensor is simple to use, smart, and works with various bed materials including glasses, metals, and woods.
Operating Requirements:
- One I/O for control: PWM or Software PWM
- One I/O for Zmin (Z Probe)
- GND and +5V power source.
Precautions:
- Ensure your board supplies adequate amperage as an additional power supply may be necessary.
- Always check for correct side polarity when connecting electronic devices to avoid damage.
- Keep BLTouch far away from potential disturbances, such as magnetic fields, motors, fans etc.
- Avoid hard pushing or pulling of the push-pin, as it could damage the BLTouch and affect its accuracy.
- After reassembling or adjusting the core, secure the push-pin using locking paint.
- Maintain the position of the hexagon screw (core).
- Take care not to separate or deform the elastic material on the push-pin.
- Exerting too much force (such as hard pulling or pushing) on the push-pin can cause damage and lower the accuracy of the sensor.
