Tachometer Rate Setting Instructions
- Rate range: 1-99(default 01): Display value corresponds with the actual value. If the rate is 10, the display value multiplied by 10 equals to the actual value.
- Upon power-on, the tachometer reads “0”.
- By pressing the “SET” button, you can alter the displayed value.
- When “1” is displayed, the tachometer measures RPM. Press “ADD”, and the reading moves from “1” to “2”. A display of “2” indicates the tachometer is measuring the frequency. A display of “01” corresponds to rate setting.
- After the values are set, they are stored if no operation is taken in 10 seconds, and the tachometer returns to the selected function interface.
- The tachometer includes one decimal point for speed measurements less than 1000 RPM and none for speeds greater than 1000 RPM.
Tips: Set the appropriate rate to measure frequency, less than 100KHz (999.9*99=98990.1Hz).
