Functionality:

Modes of Operation:

Heating (H): The assigned relay engages, activating the heating mechanism when Temperature ≤ SetT – BackT. When the temperature reaches or exceeds SetT, the relay disconnects, halting the functioning of the heating equipment.

Refrigeration (C): The relay initiates, starting the refrigeration mechanism when the Temperature ≥ SetT+BackT. When the Temperature ≤ SetT, the relay disengages, ceasing the operation of the refrigeration equipment.

High-Temperature Alarm (ALA): Should the temperature reach or exceed the Alarm Temperature, the system triggers a combined audiovisual alarm and disconnects the relay. Any button press will stop the alarm.

Delay Start (OPH): Once a normal heating or refrigeration cycle has completed, a timer T commences. Only after T≥OPH, the next round of heating or refrigeration processes is allowed to activate.

Temperature Correction Function (OFE): It’s normal for the system to experience some deviation with long-term operation. This function counteracts such deviations, adjusting the Temperature = Measured Calibration.

Parameter Remote Read/Set: This function enables you to set factors such as the SetT, BackT, and temperature correction via UART.

Real-time Temperature Report: Upon enabling the temperature reporting function, product data is transmitted to the terminal in 1s intervals through UART, thereby enabling convenient data collection.

Relay Enable: If the relay function is disabled, the relay remains in a disconnected state.

Factory Settings Restore: Pressing the STOP and set keys simultaneously for over 3 seconds will reset the system to factory settings.
Instructions for Use:
- To toggle between modes or backlash temperature, press the SET key during operation.
- After entering Quick Setup, alternate parameters by using the UP and DOWN keys.
- Exiting the Quick Setup interface and saving parameters are achieved by long-pressing the SET key or leaving the keys untouched for 6 seconds.
To enable or disable the high-temperature alarm and the delay start function, the respective parameters should be selected (default is off).

On enabling the Relay, you can start the temperature report, stop the temperature report, read the parameters setting, set the temperature, set the backlash temperature, calibrate temperature, set the alarm temperature, and set the delay start.
