Inside the Package:
Open up the package to find the host handle as a standard accessory. Important to note is the red screw found at the bottom of the body, which must be carefully removed before usage. After this, all you need to do is plug it into a 220V power outlet and you’re ready to go.
Initial Use:
A little tip for first-timers – It’s normal for white smoke to emanate from the hot air suction tin demolition gun during the initial use. So don’t panic, it’s just the product getting fully acquainted with its new environment.
Using the Hot Air Head:
Turning on the power allows you to choose a wind nozzle and tin needle (included in accessories) for your specific needs. Adjust the hot air temperature with the HEATER knob to suit your requirements. You can also regulate the air volume with the AIRCAPACITY knob for optimal effectiveness. After reaching the pre-set temperature, the product is ready to use.
For a variety of integrated circuits of different packages, simply change the air nozzles. Depending on the size of the solder joint, choose the temperature, air volume and decide the distance between the board and the nozzle.
The product comes equipped with a special function for the disassembly of direct plug components. On the other hand, SMD components can equally be disassembled and removed with ease, assuring beautiful joints, quick and firm welding.
Safety Measures:
Built-in overheating protection switch ensures that your device never overheats, and thus supports the longevity of the product. After use, the heater auto-cools for a short while, and this period is not meant for unplugging the device. Additionally, do store the handle on the bracket while not in use to avoid any accidents.
