This software collects online detection data to identify short-circuits and leakage elements on a circuit board. It also determines the board’s structure’s rationality, offering a comprehensive assessment of the equipment.

Fast Current Leakage Inspection, Short Circuit Identification, Complex Bugs Rule Out: This system allows for expedient location of high-temperature areas and abnormal high-temperature components. It provides color palette and adjustment stability range for short circuit location.
Intuitive 3D Imaging: The system supports 3D viewing of circuit boards, providing a more intuitive visualization of small current changes. The 3D thermal field distribution vividly presents temperature fluctuations, making it useful for industries such as electronics.
Rectangular Analysis Mode: This mode facilitates detailed comparison and inspection of image color variations in separate areas. It can display the temperature curve within a specific boundary, making it easy to view temperature history data.
Double-board Comparison Mode: Offers comparison between good and defective boards. By placing items for observation and comparison on either side of a dividing line, it permits comparison and analysis under identical conditions for quick faulty circuit board identification.
Adjustable Stand: Features a high-quality metal stand with a high-temperature-resistant workbench. It is easy to set up and adjust, with a flexible rotating mechanism. Moreover, the measurement distance can be finely tuned.
