Super Cam X is a professional infrared thermal imaging camera designed specifically for PCB troubleshooting, component-level repair, and thermal analysis. Developed by QIANLI, this device combines a high-resolution infrared detector with intelligent image processing to help engineers and technicians quickly identify abnormal heat sources on PCBs, such as short circuits, leakage points, and overheating components.
With a 260 × 200 infrared resolution (52,000 effective temperature measurement points) and a 42° × 32° field of view, Super Cam X provides clear and precise thermal images for close-range inspection. It is especially suitable for mobile phone motherboard repair, PCBA diagnostics, and thermal distribution analysis.
The camera supports real-time infrared thermal imaging, full-frame temperature measurement, and hotspot detection, allowing users to quickly locate the highest and lowest temperature areas on the PCB. Infrared and visible-light images can be blended for improved clarity and easier component identification.
Super Cam X connects to a computer via USB Type-C, offering stable data transmission and convenient operation without occupying additional network ports. Images and videos can be captured and saved for further analysis and documentation.
