The KW681 is designed to work on all 12V gasoline and diesel vehicles from 1996 onwards that comply with OBD II regulations.
Useful in identifying the source of CHECK ENGINE alerts, it allows for potential self-correction without the need for a dealer visit. The KW681 also aids in passing annual emissions tests and SMOG CHECKs.
It offers comprehensive OBDII/ EOBD diagnostic functionality for engine systems. With an O2 sensor test, EVAP systems test, and onboard monitoring test, you can have full control over your vehicle’s operational status. A graphical and numeric live data stream display assists you in identifying faulty sensor readings.
As a Battery Tester, the KW681 can evaluate all automotive cranking lead-acid batteries, including ordinary ones, AGM flat plate batteries, AGM spiral batteries, and Gel batteries, and more. Employing advanced conductance testing technology, it provides easy, quick, and accurate measurements of the actual cold cranking amps capability of the vehicle starting battery, the health state of the battery itself, and common faults in the vehicle starting and charging systems. This empowers maintenance personnel with the information needed to quickly and accurately identify issues, facilitating swift vehicle repair.
Using OBD Detection, the KW681 can test all startup lead-acid batteries(Regular flooded, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, GEL, EFB) and read and erase codes, as well as display the I/M readiness, data stream, freeze frame, O2 sensor test, onboard monitoring, evap system(mode$B), vehicle information, and DTC lookup.
Additional capabilities include a battery health test, which covers car batteries, motorcycle batteries, battery tests, cranking tests, charging tests, waveform, and battery range detection from 6-12V.
The KW681 supports multiple languages, including English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, and Polish.
