Take a closer look at the detailed specifications of this welding soldering station below:
This impressive gadget is controlled by an STM32 V3.1S controller and is designed for an input range of AC100-240V. Depending on your needs, the station’s temperature can vary between 50 and 480℃, and there is a convenient 1.3 inch display for easy viewing.
The device boasts a maximum power of 120W and is supported by a 24V 5A power supply. The time it takes for the tin to melt is just around 175 x 11.5 x 9.5cm. Please note that currently, due to bugs, there is only one interface available.
Note that the V3.1S model doesn’t require a display for the clock, therefore, there’s no battery included.
Be aware that the tip should not be made to function continuously at high temperatures as it may wear down more quickly. To put it simply, the higher the temperature, the faster the iron head will oxidize, directly affecting the life of the heating core.
Cleverly, the temperature display above 380 ° C jumps. The higher the temperature, the greater the jump. Ideally, most of the welding should be carried out at 300-380℃ to maintain longevity and performance. It’s quite normal for the temperature to fluctuate within this range and it will not affect its use.
The brand new soldering iron head used in this station may cause the temperature to jump or indicate an error initially, due to its resistance being unstable. But fear not, this is a normal phenomenon. After a handful of uses, the stability will progressively enhance, ensuring flawless performance.
