The tumbler operates using a powerful magnet located at the base of the finishing bowl. This magnet drives the tumbler, creating an automatic polishing process that almost entirely eliminates the need for cyanide bombing, stripping, and pulsating.
The beauty of this machine lies in its precision. It completes the entire polishing process in just 30 minutes. All you need to do is place your jewelry, steel pin, water, and special polishing compounds into the bowl, then press “on”.
This tumbler is perfect for polishing intricate details, tiny cracks, and multiple settings, even those with uneven surfaces. It’s also safe for use with certain stones, including cubic zirconia (CZ), sapphire, and diamond.
The machine offers a time control feature, allowing you to set the duration of the polishing process anywhere between 10 to 60 minutes.
The model of this tumbler is KT-185. It operates in two directions: forward and reverse. It’s compatible with both 220V 50Hz and 110V 60Hz power sources and has a speed of 2000rpm. The capacity of the tumbler is 1500g.
Operating this machine is a breeze. Simply fill the bowl with water up to a quarter of its capacity, add 200g of steel pins and 400g of jewelry, and pour in about 30g of polishing liquid. Press the middle button to start the tumbler.
The tumbler can rotate in one direction or alternate between two directions. For the latter, it rotates in one direction for about 15 minutes, then automatically switches to the opposite direction for another 15 minutes. We recommend using the two-way rotation for maximum effectiveness.
The tumbler also has a self-protection function. If it’s been working for an extended period, it will stop and rest. Once the motor has cooled down, it will resume operation.
