The wheel bolt pilot pin guide tool simplifies the process of mounting wheels and tires. It aligns the lug holes of the wheels to the hub, minimizing the need for balancing the wheels between your knees as you mount them to your vehicle. The knurled end facilitates a secure grip during installation and removal.
Each custom wheel hanger is crafted from robust, cold forged metric grade 10.9 carbon steel. An additional heat-treating process ensures reliable strength, durability and performance.
The threads are precision-machined for an optimal fit onto your vehicle’s hub. A special zinc coating is applied for superior protection against corrosion, rust and scratches.
Make sure to verify your vehicle’s lug bolt thread size and your wheel’s lug hole size before purchase. It should be noted that vehicles come with different sizes and that the lug hole size on your wheel must be larger than 14mm diameter.

Installation Instructions
- Screw the tool into one of your lug holes at or near the 12 o’clock position.
- Place your wheel on. The wheel hanger will fit through one of your wheel’s lug holes.
- Tighten your wheels using your remaining lug bolts.
- Remove the wheel hanger.
- Install the last lug bolt.
- Again, torque the lug bolts using a star pattern according to factory torque specifications.
