Product Name: Manual Pressure Test Pump

Specifications:
Material: Iron
Color: Red, Yellow, and Black
Max. Pressure: 1000PSI (7MPa)

Features:
This manual pressure test pump boasts a clear pressure display for easy reading. Its installation process is straightforward, so you don’t have to worry about complex procedures. It’s a versatile tool suitable for testing all kinds of pressure vessels, pipes, valves, and more. It’s a popular choice across various industries, including chemical, construction, water, oil, coal, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and others.

Usage:
1. Secure the machine by fixing the pump body to the water tank using four screws.
2. Attach the water hose to the pump body. Ensure a sealed connection by adding a gasket or using Teflon tape to prevent leaks.
3. Connect the other end of the outlet hose to the pipe you wish to test. Remember to wrap it with Teflon tape for a secure fit.
4. Fill the pipe with water, release any trapped air, and close the pressure relief valve.
5. Fill the water tank with clean water and start the pressure test by moving the handle up and down.
6. Monitor the pressure gauge. Once it reaches the required pressure, you can stop the test. (For reference, normal tap water pressure is 0.3Mpa, high-rise residential buildings have 0.4Mpa water pressure, and water pipe pressure tests usually require 0.8-1Mpa pressure, where 0.1Mpa is equivalent to 1kg pressure.)
7. After stopping the pressure, if the pressure gauge reading remains steady, it indicates that the pipe has good pressure resistance. If the pressure drops, it suggests that the pipe’s sealing performance is inadequate, and there might be a leak.

Package Includes: 1 Set Test Pump
