Installation Guide:
Your Room Thermostat requires careful installation. When using a multi-core cable as an extension cord, it’s crucial not to utilize the remaining cable cores for power supply, as this prevents the thermostat from voltage signal interferences. We advise against grounding the shielded wire of an extension cable, instead, connect it to the No. 7 terminal of the thermostat. We recommend using a separate extension cable and placing it in an individual sleeve.
Install the thermostat on a wall with free-flowing surrounding air. Ensure its location is free from heat sources such as sunlight, and not impacted by door and window airflow or external wall temperature.
