Description
This MK-168 Transistor Tester delivers high measurement precision with its 8MHz external crystal microcontroller. It’s key resistance utilizes metal film resistors in a thousandth, while other measurements use hundredth metal film resistors.

The device’s easy-to-read backlit LCD screen has almost negligible power consumption, guaranteeing light is always available for easy reading in dim conditions.

Main Functions
This tool includes several main automated functions. It can identify transistor type, pin, and base-emitter junction voltage. Additionally, it can discern MOS FET type and pin, measure the gate threshold, forward voltage of diodes, and power triac pin. It can automatically detect NPN, PNP bipolar transistors, N and P-channel MOS FETs along with JFETs, diodes, dual diodes, thyristor, and bidirectional thyristors.

It also measures resistance, inductance, and capacitance. One button operation ensures simplicity, while the device’s 20nA shutdown current enables convenient automatic shutdown.

This tester can measure resistances up to 50M ohms with 0.1 ohms resolution and can identify capacitances from 30pF to 100mF with 1pF resolution.
