The controller comes packed with several useful features:
- 8 Output Controls: Includes controls for the main heating system, auxiliary heating, lighting, humidity, circulating fan, eggs turner on both right and left sides, and exhaust fan.
- Incubation Days Counting: The controller keeps track of the working days, holding the capacity to record a maximum of 99 days. The count is preserved even when turned off and can only be reset through setting parameters. Once the count hits 99, the counting stops and remains static.
- Eggs Turning Control: This allows adjustments to be made from anywhere between 1 minute and 999 minutes with an adjustable eggs turning time from 0 to 999 seconds. This feature, along with the egg counting function, can be turned off according to user preferences.
- Exhaust Control: With this, the exhaust period can be adjusted between 1–999 minutes and exhaust time from 0-999 seconds. It also encompasses an off timer function for air change.
- Illumination Control: This feature enables adjustments from 1 to 999 minutes and adjustable illumination time from 1 to 999 seconds.
- Temperature Control: Supports the setting of over-temperature alarm value, over-temperature exhaust protective upper and lower limit value, main heating temperature control upper and lower limit value, auxiliary heating temperature control upper and lower limit value, under-temperature alarm value between 0-75℃/32-167℉ with adjustable temperature units of ℃ and ℉.
- Humidity Control: The controller supports over-humidity alarm value settings, upper and lower limit values of humidity control, over-humidity exhaust protections, and the value for low humidity alarm. The ranges for these settings are between 0-80% (for model ZL-SHr05A) or 0-99% (for model ZL-SHr05B) depending on your selection.
- Over-limit Alarm: This in-built feature generates an alarm whenever the temperature and humidity fall below the set value or when the temperature goes beyond the set value.
