Features
The laser caliper carries a point-to-point ratio of 12:1, offering a higher accuracy compared to most other thermometers. This means it is capable of accurately measuring targets that are at greater distances.
Using this infrared thermometer gun is straightforward. You simply scan the surface of your object, hold down the trigger, and release to get live temperature readings anywhere in the range of -50℃ to 400℃ or -58℉ to 752℉.
The product is user-friendly, featuring a hold data function, unit switching (℃/℉), and a temperature calibration range between -3℃ to 3℃. There’s a large backlit LCD screen for easy temperature reading in dark conditions, and it has an auto-off feature after 12 seconds to conserve battery life.
The infrared technology makes the temp gun suitable for measuring the surface temperature of various inanimate objects. Its application range includes cooking, baking, grilling, frozen and fried food, car repair, HVAC projects, plantations, winemaking, water temperature measurement for appliances and more.
However, this infrared thermometer gun is an industrial tool which means it is not suitable for measuring human body temperatures. It’s intended to measure the surface temperature of objects and liquids, not internal temperatures, so its readings for people or animals will be inaccurate.
