The two models on offer are the NF-2030 and NF-2050. Both of these remarkable models can effectively measure within a range of 0.2~30m to 0.2~50m respectively. They emit a wavelength of 620-680nm and offer an output accuracy of ±1.5mm. Users can expect the test time to be comfortably within 0.2~3S.
This distance meter is equipped with an FSTN LCD screen with a backlight for easy reading. The device comes with easy-to-use buttons for ‘MEAS’, ‘FUNC’ and ‘CLEAR’. It further provides units in m/ft/in/ft+in and includes a benchmark for single/continuous measurement, distance/area/volume measurement and Pythagorean proposition measurement. However, only the benchmark for the Pythagorean proposition measurement is unavailable.
The device offers a storage capability for up to 20 sets of data. Its laser has an auto-off function which operates at the 30sec mark, while the device automatically switches off completely after 2mins of inactivity.
This tool is powered using two AAA batteries and operates at temperatures ranging from 0℃～40℃, while it can be stored at temperatures between -10℃～60℃. It boasts of an IP40-level of protection against small objects and water splashes.
