Features
This product offers an array of functions, including Transmitter Testing featuring cable continuity testing, cable scan, port flashing, and cable length measurement. It also has QC testing for crystal head, a PoE test, an Optical Power Meter(OPM) function, and a Visual Fault Location (VFL) function.
POE Test
It features an automatic identification of midspan/endspan/power from 8 cores and automatic recognition of standard and nonstandard devices.
Optical Power Meter
This feature allows for wavelength switching at 850/1300/1310/1490/1550/1625nm, unit switching at dBm, dB, or mw, uw, nw, and a REF switch.
Visual Fault Location Function
The Visual Fault Location function detects and locates fiber breaks and issues like poor connections and fiber bends or cracks.
Receiver Function
Including sensitivity adjustment, 300m no-load shielded network cable/non-empty shielded network cable, NCV detection, and a lighting function.
Non-contact Voltage Detecting
The receiver is used to detect the AC voltage of household electrical wiring.
Illuminate Function
The receiver comes with a lamp for auxiliary illumination during operation.
Battery Operated
Both the transmitter and the receiver are equipped with a built-in 1500mAh polymer battery. They feature type-C charging, charging indicator, and a low battery indicator. There’s no need to change the batteries.
Other Settings
The additional settings include adjustable backlight brightness (level 1/2/3), backlight timing (MAX/1min/30S/15S), auto-off time (15min/30min/1h/2h/off), and visual fault location function light flashing settings (fast flashing/slow flashing/ON).
