Points of Difference in New Titan Extruder:

  1. Elimination of the M3 screw at the position marked by the red circle arrow.
  2. Replacing the extrusion feed gear with an integrated injection molding component for improved stability.
  3. Redesigned and enhanced force position. This makes the new Titan structure more reliable and durable.
  4. Hand-tightening screw eliminates misalignment and cuts costs, while also giving the product a more coherent appearance.

About the Trigger Part:

  1. Optimized trigger finger location for easier and less effortful usage.
  2. Designed a feeding port guide to simplify the direct insertion of filaments. The original version had a large 4mm hole and the new version of feeder makes sure the filament guide goes to the right place.
  3. The U-slot guide wheel design ensures better and consistent feeding, thereby minimizing strain on the extruder gear while preventing slippage.
  4. The new version has effectively addressed the motor lock issue found in earlier versions that would manifest in severe torque conditions. This greatly minimizes potential loss of motor functionality.
  5. The added new bearing helps avoid friction between the rubber hole and the motor shaft, thus reducing torque loss and extending the life of the rubber parts.
