Description
The product is a DC resistance wood moisture tester of the probe type. It comes with eight wood selection functions and one construction material selection function. Its applications are vast with its primary use being to test the moisture content of woods, bamboo, paper articles, traditional Chinese medicinal material, and wood fibre construction.
Features
The tester allows for fast measurement of moisture content across a variety of materials. It can successfully test a broad spectrum of wood moisture contents from 6% to 50%. Its performance is stable with quick response, making it an attractive choice for contractors and homeowners to measure moisture content in sub-flooring, woodworking, building material, drywall, garden plants, and carpets.
The tester has a selectable type feature. A short press of the “MODE” button switches between the Wood mode[TREE] and Construction material mode[BLDG]. The Wood mode offers eight types of selection; you can easily switch from type 1 to type 8 by short pressing the “MODE” button.
The tester is user-friendly with its multiple functions. If there is no operation for five minutes, it will auto power off. The large LCD display makes it easy to read. Furthermore, the probe is well-protected by a plastic cover, reducing the risk of damage. The product comes with a soft protective cover for additional safety.
