Description
This meter comes equipped with cable tracing, cable length measuring, and multimeter functions. Its long-tracing distance capabilities, clear sound signals, and swift, precise cable length measurement make it an essential tool for laboratories, factories, and technicians. It can real-timely measure network cable length and detect any short circuits or circuit breaks. The cable tracing function allows users to find target cables swiftly and efficiently among a multitude of wires. It is applicable in telephone systems, computer networks, BNC cables, and other metal network cables.
Features
3.5-inch LCD Display with Flashlight: The device’s large LCD backlight display improves user experience, and the flashlight feature helps in low light conditions.
Multimeter Function (Optional): This includes direct and alternating current voltage and current measurement, resistance, continuity, diode, NCV, and temperature measurement.
Multifunctional Cable Tester: The cable tester function includes analogue tracing, cable mapping, PoE voltage measurement, digital tracing, volume and sensitivity adjustments, automatic shutdown, and a cable length self-calibration function.
Cable Tracing & Signal Changeable: The cable tracing feature assists in finding target cables in a multitude of wires. It can be used on telephone systems, computer networks, BNC cables, and other metal network cables. Users can set the tracing frequency.
Cable Length & Pairing Check: The device can measure cable length, test for open circuits, short circuits, and cable sequence, and check for cable breaks.
Voltage Test: This function checks the polarity and voltage of batteries or cellphone lines.
Continuity Test (OHM): This checks for open or short circuits in cellphone lines (they should not be connected to any power source).
Cable Length Test: This function can be used on various metal cables that have at least two cores. This includes network cables, telephone lines, and BNC cables. It supports network cable length measuring ranges of up to 600M.
POE Test: This examines cable mapping, polarity, and voltage of POE network switches.
The meter comes in three models: ET624, ET626, and ET628, each with its unique features.
