Then turn it on and select the resolution and format that you need. Scan this over your document and connect it to your personal computer with the use of a data cable. Now, you can view and enjoy your document in a soft copy just the way you want and need it. But you need to install the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) first on your PC to make it work. And there’s a small monitor and LED lights blinking to check the status of the machine.
