The thermal imager comes with an inbuilt rechargeable lithium battery that can be powered via a USB interface, removing any concern about battery life. Its refresh rate is 8Hz, and it measures target temperature in a range of -40 to +300℃ within an environment of 0~50℃. The emissivity is adjustable, ranging from 0.1 to 0.99.
The imager is fitted with a sensor probe field angle that defaults at 75 degrees*110 degrees MLX90640BAA probe. Its 2.4-inch LCD screen has a resolution of 320*240, displaying the highest, lowest, and center point temperature, along with each coordinate point. The temperature measurement accuracy is ±2℃ within a center area of 0~100℃.
A camera feature is included in the device, with built-in memory able to store up to 100 photos. Once connected to a computer via a USB cable, these photos can be viewed, copied, and deleted. This thermal imager serves various applications- ranging from testing temperature of electronic components, floor heating, automotive parts, electrical switches, airconditioning, to microwave oven detection.
