Features- Enhanced Battery Protection:
The first version of this high-quality product provided battery protection using a 50% discharge method, particularly for the Keng battery. The second and current generation has upgraded this process by initiating a 4.2V charging method, replacing the previous 4.25V. It ensures that the battery never reaches a full charge, while eliminating the inconvenience of constant recharging and waiting.
Low Voltage Safety:
Contrary to the Keng battery, this product operates within a narrow voltage range. The welding machine is designed to provide protection at voltages less than 3.2v. This feature increases the safety standards of the device by creating low-pressure room.
Efficient Power Consumption:
This product prioritizes efficiency with its quick and easy operation style. A long press initiates a power on/off, while a short one cycles through five gears. The low-power consuming feature ensures this product can stand by for up to a year when switched off.
Thermal Optimization:
In the spirit of increasing efficiency, the product has been outfitted with 2 ultra-high-rate model airplane batteries which can peak at a 630A discharge rate. Current wiring of high-grade quality, combined with infrared thermal imaging optimizations, makes the thermal management even more superior than ever.
Short Circuit Pen Protection:
The welder operates on the principle of high-speed protection, provided by the microcontroller within the machine. The ultra-high-speed comparator switches off output instantly when the welding current becomes too large, indicated by a red arrow, thus effectively protecting your machine.
Functionality:
Under regular usage, the protection function module is not triggered. However, if it gets activated, simply lifting the pen will automatically unlock the protection feature.
Specifications and Application:
Ideal for welding machine use, this model, G47228, is made of hard aluminum alloy and comes in a sleek black color. It has several exceptional features including an automatic trigger, a detachable soldering pen, TYPE-C charging, and short-circuit protection.
How to Use:
The product is easy to use. Following are the steps to get started:
- Hold the spot welder for 3 seconds until it beeps once. Then you can turn it on/off accordingly. Don’t worry about overusing the spot welder, because its low-power design allows it to age slowly, thus prolonging the lifespan of its power supply.
- Short press the button to add gear. The gear setting will be remembered for next use. A total of six speed cycles are provided for different requirements.
- Once you touch the nickel plate with the spot welding machine, it auto-detects the welding needles and gets triggered in just 0.8 seconds. Everything is automatic without any need for manual/foot triggers or setting intervals.
- The welder’s unique power management and software design prevents process reset and gear from returning to zero in case of a power change. If the solder joints become weaker, increase the acceleration. Reminder: it’s better to return as soon as possible.
- On charging, a breathing light indicator serves as a reminder and stays on when fully charged. You are recommended not to use the welder while it’s charging for safety reasons.
- There is an integrated charge management control module. You can use your mobile phone charging head (5V, the output current should be at least 1A) and a USB charging cable to charge the machine.
- It comes with a 50C discharge high-rate power supply. Once fully charged, the machine can weld hundreds of common nickel-plated welding points in the range of 0.1mm-0.15mm.
What’s Included:
The package comes with the primary body of the welding machine, which includes an inbuilt lithium battery and circuit board, along with two brass soldering pens.
