The set boasts a quick-clamp design that simplifies and optimizes the sharpening process, eliminating the need for external tools such as wrenches and screws. The sharpening stone is designed to rotate 180 degrees, thus negating the need to remove the sharpening rod when alternating sides. Additionally, silicone gaskets are provided at the clamping area to prevent your cutlery and benchtops from getting scratched.
This tool is designed to automatically raise the clamping plate, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It can accurately locate a sharpening angle of 15 degrees. With its construction from 6061 aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steels, it is highly durable and resistant to wear.
For added convenience, the tool set allows for two whetstones to be installed simultaneously.
