Using Guide
1. Position the sharpener on a flat surface and press the rear lever to secure it with the suction cup.
2. Insert and adjust the angle plate for the perfect angle. Ensure screws are tightened before use.
3. Place the knife under the fixing plate, tighten the screw, or simply hold the knife against the plate by hand.
4. Install two sharpening plates on the main rail. Connect the other stainless steel rod on the main rail, adjust the rail for perfect angle, and pull the rail to sharpen the knife.
5. To sharpen scissors, align the sharpener at the table edge, adjust for alignment, then repeat the above process.
