Description

The Mechanical Watch Calibrator is an instrument constructed with precision, explicitly designed for the purpose of testing and calibrating mechanical watches. The device is vital in measuring a mechanical watch’s performance parameters such as the rate deviation, amplitude, and beat frequency error. By observing and analyzing these measurements, you can accurately ascertain the performance and state of your mechanical watch. Additionally, this process will allow for precise calibration and adjustments, ensuring the mechanical watch’s stability and accuracy.

Features

The Mechanical Watch Calibrator boasts features that enhance its precision and convenience. Recognized for its accuracy, this device allows watch manufacturers and repair technicians to easily assess mechanical watches.

Equipped with a PC flame-retardant housing, it offers durability, stability, and high flame-retardant properties. The 98*34mm LCD screen with a resolution of 192*64 pixels delivers clear visibility of data lines, and can display the entire frequency diagram of the watch.

The device is also designed to automatically adjust the optimal signal strength during testing for different watches and can automatically calculate the parameters such as deviation, amplitude, and beat error, ensuring accurate results. Furthermore, the device possesses the capability to automatically detect watches with regular beats or manually select ones with special beats.

Offering adjustable selection for 6 test orientations, this device allows you to choose the testing period and calculates the average value of the watch time. Users can also choose to set the device with or without an analog sound during the test.

Specifications

Regardless of the plug type you use – EU, USA, or AU – this calibrator caters to your geographical location. Its main material is Metal, and it comes in black. The device measures rate deviations ranging up to +999 sec/day with an accuracy of 1.0 sec/day.

The device is also capable of measuring the amplitude in degrees with a range between 100° to 360° with a resolution of 1°. The beat error measurement is displayed numerically in milliseconds, with a measurement range between 0 and 9.9 ms.

The device accommodates 1 to 6 measuring positions with sampling periods of 2/4/6/8/12/20/30/60s. The lift angle varies from 30° to 70°, default being 52°.
