Item is in a well constructed aluminum case. It takes some time to configure it with software program ( I used SDR Sharp, which seemed to work best.) It receives signals above 30 Mhz but even with software program set to direct sampling mode performance from 1 to 30 Mhz is quite weak. I was able to see my 100 watt transceiver’s signal with the SDR’s antenna in close proximity to my antenna, but should have overloaded the SDR receiver. Probably needs either an up converter or LNA.
