Features
This signal generator houses an ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL), finished with an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It can operate efficiently in both integer-N and fractional-N modes. Teamed with an external reference clock oscillator and loop filter, it forms a high-performance frequency synthesizer that can synthesize frequencies from 23.5MHz to 6000MHz. This is done while maintaining excellent phase noise and spurious specifications.
The generator utilizes an internal multi-channel integrated VCO to cover the frequency ranges of 3000MHz to 6000MHz. Additionally, it employs a 1-128 output frequency divider to achieve clock output with an ultra-wide frequency range. Furthermore, it’s compatible with 1.8V control logic.
The onboard high-precision 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO helps the radio frequency signal source module to output a base frequency range of 3-6GHz, and divide the base frequency below 3GHz. This module can be input via a full touch screen, offering point frequency output and optional frequency sweeps.
This device is lead-free, sized at 5mmx5mm, and functions within a temperature range of 40°C to 85°C. It can also be managed via a PC, providing an output amplitude of -4~5dBm and 4-level touch screen control.
