This product is a mini pulley with a precise size design. It features a V-shaped contour design that is specifically tailored for V-Slot linear guides, C-Beam linear guides, and OpenRail tracks. The cutting of this mini pulley is accurately done, ensuring self-centering and self-lubricating characteristics.

This mini pulley boasts a robust material with an excellent wear rate, thus making it long-lasting. The assembly of this product is straightforward and convenient. All components of the mini pulley comply with strict standards and guidelines during both manufacturing and testing processes. It showcases a Rockwell hardness of M80 and has a compressive strength of 63 MPA.

The mini pulley is made from Polyformaldehyde and is available in two colours: black and white. The Black mini pulley has an outer diameter (OD) of 15mm, an inner diameter (ID) of 5mm, and a thickness of 5mm. The White mini pulley has an outer diameter (OD) of 24.1mm, an inner diameter (ID) of 5mm, and a thickness of 11mm.
