How to Pair the Gateway with the Lock:
- Open our “T T lock” App.
- Navigate to the “system settings”.
- Power on the gateway. The device is ready to be added when the red and blue lights start flashing.
- Once the APP configures the network for the gateway, you can add the device.
Once the gateway is successfully linked, it automatically locates the locks associated with the current account.
Light Status Descriptions:
- Flashing Red and Blue lights: The device is ready and can be linked via APP.
- Red light: Network connectivity issues, preventing server communication.
- Blue light: The device is functioning normally and cannot be linked.
