Important Notes:
This device is compatible with iOS 10 and above, and Android 8.0 and up. During setup, if prompted to “accept the app to get the location”, please select “accept” or “yes” for optimal performance. Please ensure the device name is short for the most convenient voice control functionality. To reset the plug to its default factory mode, simply long press the button on the smart plug for over 5 seconds until the indicator light blinks.
Network Configuration Tips:
Ensure that the device, your phone, and the router are close to each other. The router should be working in the 2.4G frequency band with the broadcasting function enabled. If your router supports dual-frequency, set different passwords for 2.4G and 5G signals or switch off the 5G signal.
