Instructions for Use:
- The product is ready for welding within 2 minutes of powering on.
- If you’re not planning to use it for a while, switch it off to extend the life of the heater and iron head.
- Keep some tin on the iron head during and after usage for optimal performance.
Please Note: - Using a strong acidic flux for welding is not recommended.
- Avoid knocking the iron during use. Black oxide on the head should not be removed with a file.
- Do not disassemble or replace the thermo elements and iron head while the device is switched on.
- It’s normal for heating elements to heat up and emit some smoke during the initial use; this will cease after approximately 10 minutes.
- Make sure to ground the base and welding materials to avoid potential danger.
- Replacement of power wires and heating core should be done by professionals.
