This Mini Circuit Breaker (MCB) by TONGOU, model TOMG3-63, is designed for use by non-professionals without any required maintenance. It functions as an isolation tool, featuring an “ON-OFF” indicator. A surge protective device or surge arrester is recommended to be installed at the power input side as a preventive measure against potential surge voltage.
This MCB offers a suitable tripping curve, tripping and switching off its protected circuit in the event of a fault, thereby offering protection against electric shock. It is rated for AC 110V/230V/400V voltage and comes in current ratings of 3A/5A/6A/10A/16A/20A/25A/32A/40A/50A/63A. This unit operates under B Type tripping curve and can withstand an impulse voltage of 6.2 kV.
The MCB has a rated short-circuit capacity is 4.5 KA and a rated frequency of AC 50/60Hz. Its electro-mechanical endurance is over 6000. It meets the IEC 60898 Standard and is certified by CE CCC. For installation, it requires DIN rail mounting.
