The Flexible Waterproof Silicon Heater Pad offers a reliable solution for 3D printers. Offering an optimal power density of less than 1 W/cm2, it is contingent on the temperature resistance of the material. For non-continuous use, this power density can reach 1.4 W/cm2.
It is designed to deliver an efficient performance with good thermal conductivity. The current density of this silicon heater pad can ascend to 3W/cm2 when the operational zone temperature does not cross 240°C.
The product operates on a dual power supply of 12VDC/220VAC, maintaining a constant temperature of 40-150 degrees. It is prudent that operating temperatures are kept under 150°C for optimal functionality.
Design-wise, it measures 50 by 100mm with a line length of 500mm. It features a 3M double-sided adhesive on the rear, making it easy to affix to the heated product.
