The Xiaomi Mijia PTZ Camera 2K 3MP AI Smart IP Camera is a home security camera that offers night vision video, webcam functionality and panoramic smart camera capabilities.
This camera can be managed through the Mi Home APP, available for download on Google Play or the APP Store. The APP supports multiple languages.
If the APP connection is unsuccessful, adjust the APP settings to change the region to China, and attempt reconnecting.
Note: This product does not include a Micro TF card and it will auto-switch to night mode when in low-light conditions. While the manual is in Chinese, installation is straightforward: simply plug it in, power on, download, and connect to the Mi Home APP.
The camera features a 3MP lens that can deliver up to a 2K 1296P resolution, capturing each image in true detail and clarity. It has an F1.4 large aperture which enhances the quality of image detail and an infrared night vision feature with built-in 940nm infrared fill light.
Further features include local AI human detection algorithm to identify human shapes, and AI face identification technology for recognising familiar faces quickly. The camera also has a 360° PTZ panoramic vision for enhanced home security and supports two-way audio to allow conversations with family members at any time.
Storage options include Micro TF card, NAS storage, and cloud storage. The camera also ensures personal data transmission is protected through full data encryption. It can be placed on a desktop or mounted on a wall.
