Introducing the product:
Presenting our Yihua soldering station, a unique creation built from eco-friendly materials. The product attributes include an air manual with an automatic function that allows the constant running of the air heater necessary for regular operation. It also permits the automatic starting and stopping of the air heater suitable for undirected tasks.
Exclusive Features:
The air heater incorporated in our soldering station can start and stop autonomously. The handle is engineered with an inductive switch. This means that the moment you hold the handle, it swiftly transitions into work mode. When the handle is returned to its bracket, the system conveniently switches to standby mode.
Intelligent Sleep (0-99 minutes):
Entering the sleep mode is an effortless task. To do this, switch on the soldering station and press either the temperature plus or minus button. The display window on the air heater signifies ‘SP’ while the temperature display shows the sleep time. The sleep mode triggered with a set temperature and time begins the drop in temperature.
Smart Sleep Flow:
Maintain the ‘still state’ until the set time is reached, then the temperature starts to decrease. Once the temperature falls to 200°C, the sleep state is activated, and the display reads alternatingly between “200°C” and “SLEEP.” Shake the soldering iron handle or press any button on the panel to ‘wake up’ the soldering iron, facilitating a quick return to the working state; restarting the machine provides another option to end the sleep state.
Temperature fine-tuning and C/F switching:
Temperature adjustment:
When the air heater and the soldering iron are concurrently on or partially on, press the “+” button of the air heater and the “-” button of the soldering iron simultaneously for 3 seconds, the air volume window of the air heater displays ‘CP.’ At this point, adjust the temperature to calibrate it from 0 to 50°C.
Fahrenheit/Celsius switch:
To adjust the iron’s temperature display mode, press the “+” button of the air heater and the “-” button of the soldering iron for 2 seconds. The soldering iron temperature display will then indicate ‘LO2.’ Press the “+” or “-” button on the air heater, and the display will show ‘C.’ This means it is now in Fahrenheit display mode! Now press the “+” or “-” button on the soldering iron to finalize the temperature unit of choice.
