The silicone rubber heaters offer several advantages, ranging from rapid heating and uniform heat distribution to low power and high temperature resilience. It’s characterized by a long lifespan and efficient heat conversion. This heated silicone pad provides an easy-to-install solution and it’s customizable.
The product delivers quick heating, thus necessitating the need for requisite protection from overheating. It’s necessary to heed that the silicone heating pad withstands temperature limits of about 200 degrees. Temperatures exceeding these may contribute to burning damage. Also, the pad is not designed to be used in water.
Meanwhile, the heat insulation cotton performs several roles including sound insulation, anti-resonance and heat insulation, and preventing high temperature discoloration of paint. Furthermore, it can absorb oil ash dispersed by the fan, which can then be cleaned off regularly. This feature also prevents water vapor accumulation during rainy days.
The cotton insulation does more than sound reduction, it also contributes to the reduction of the printer’s noise without adversely affecting its heat dissipation. This product can resist temperatures of up to 250 degrees Celsius.
