How to Use the SM8124:
A: For Internal Battery Resistance Measurement
- Install a 9V battery and securely shut the battery door.
- Rotate the power switch to the “Ω” position and set the measuring range accordingly.
- In case of over-range, the device will indicate “1”.
- Remember to turn off the device after completing the measurement.
B: For Battery Voltage Measurement
- Ensure a 9V battery is installed.
- Turn the power switch to the “V” position and select the appropriate measurement range.
- The device will show the absolute value of voltage without polarity.
- Be cautious of over-range conditions during voltage testing.
- Always switch off after completing your measurement.
