How to Weld: All you need is some sandpaper to polish the parts made of brass and aluminum that need to be welded. Be sure to clean the metal surface entirely free of paint, oxide, oil, and so forth. Then evenly heat the parts to be welded before using the wire. When the temperature reaches about 360 degrees, the wire will uniformly melt into the joint. Remove the heat source once the weld is full and wait for it to cool. You don’t have to do anything else after this, since the flux residue is non-corrosive and tightly bound.
