The Duet 2 Wifi also includes support for the PanelDue – a colour touch screen controller designed to optimize the way you control your 3D printer. This screen operates on a 5V power from your host 3D printer controller. It facilitates connections to the external SD card socket included on most displays via a 10-way ribbon cable connector. The screen connects to your controller board through a 4-wire cable for the serial and power connections.
A 4.3″, 5″, or 7″ SSD1963 LCD panel is required for the operation of the control board without a screen. For this setup, directions provided on David Crocker’s PanelDue blog must be adhered to.
This modified DuetWifi is produced by Think3dPrint3d and Esher3d, however, it is not endorsed or supported by these companies.
