The DytSpectrumOwl CA-10 is a state-of-the-art PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) thermal analyzer. This exceptional tool rapidly detects a range of circuit flaws, including current leakage, short circuits, capacitor breakdown, circuit aging and component defects, optimizing work efficiency.
Features:
The DytSpectrumOwl CA-10 has a temperature range of -10~120℃ (14~248℉), enabling quick location of current leakage or short circuits on the PCBA. Thanks to its 260*200 resolution and clear images, users can even scrutinize the chipset pins of the thermal video.
In 3D mode, users can identify ultra-small circuit leakages. The PCBA thermal analyzer can detect minimal temperature differences between good and defective boards – a task challenging for most other instruments.
The analyzer assists thermal design, testing, verification, optimization, and component selection, contributing to prolonging the product life cycle. Curve data simplifies the process for R & D engineers when recording thermal experimental data.
The DytSpectrumOwl CA-10 is equipped with a high-temperature alarm and a tracking function, enabling the detection of real-time temperature changes. Users can adjust the angle and direction of the lens according to specific needs. The camera can be comfortably supported by a tripod (1/4″).
The thermal imager is powered by USB 5V and easily connectable to a computer. It’s compatible with both Win 10 (recommended) and Win 7 systems. By running the DytSpectrumOwl software, users can begin observing the imaging video of the unit under examination.
Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, the product is sturdy and durable, with a base plate that features an anti-slip mat and anti-static silicone surface.
