I received my ukulele trainer, seemingly new. Once I installed the battery, one of the buttons would not click, the button used to turn it on. I notified the sender who had me go through a bit of troubleshooting. Once that failed, they provided a shipping label to return and I was refunded. No new item shipped. Nothing. The only thing that was good about this transaction was the prompt reply on email over my issue followed by the return. 10/10 NOT recommended
